Basil, strawberry and watermelon cooler

Ingredients :

Watermelon : 2 cups finely chopped
Strawberries : 250g thinly sliced
Coconut water, chilled : 1 cup (250ml)
Fresh basil, shredded : 1 tbsp
Sparkling wine chilled : 750ml
Ice cubes, to serve
Basil leaves, to serve 

METHOD :

1. Process the watermelon and strawberry in a food processor until smooth. 

2. Add the coconut water and shredded basil and process until well combined.

3. Place the watermelon mixture in serving glasses and top up with wine, strawberry and ice cubes.

Serve with the basil leaves
