Aloo paneer kofta

Number of servings : 4-5 persons

Ingredients :

Boiled Potato : 3 Nos (Large Size)
Grated Paneer : 200 Gms
Pounded Rock Salt : 3/4 Tsp
Chaat Masala : 1 Tsp
Garam Masala : 1/2 Tsp
Chili Powder : 1 Tsp
Corn Flour : 2 Tbsp
Milk Powder : 2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves
Chopped Cashew Nuts
Raisins
Oil For Shallow Frying

METHOD :

1. In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash them well.

2. Add grated paneer, spice powders, rock salt, coriander leaves and mix everything well.

3. Take a small portion of the mixture and flatten it.

4. Fill the centre with desired dry fruits and nuts.

5. Seal the dry fruits and nuts and make patties.

Heat some oil for shallow frying

6. Add the patties into the hot oil.

7. Fry them till they are golden brown in color.

Serve the Aloo Paneer Kofta hot with mint chutney
